- Vijeesh Shankar started his career by experimenting with various roles such as Editor, Service Engineer, Video Jockey, Event Manager and Content Writer. He finally ventured into the eLearning domain and worked for some of the top MNCs like GE Capital and Accenture. His creativity and writing skills took him to various roles in Content Development/eLearning. During this period he has worked on the different learning solutions and by now have a fair amount of knowledge on content development tools and process, and LMS Standards.
At present, he is heading the Instructional Design team, in addition to business development and managing projects with a team, which includes Instructional Designers, Editors, Graphic Designers, Visual Programmers, and Quality Analysts.
